Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it has been shipped. Once the product is dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled via our website.
Return & Exchange Terms
- Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days from delivery.
- The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
- In case pickup service is unavailable at your pincode/location, you would be required to self-ship the product to our registered office address.
- Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.
Requirements for Eligible Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged for hygiene reasons.
- The product must retain all original packaging, boxes, and intact tags. Items missing original tags will not be accepted.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return period (3 days) will not be accepted.
